I would like to thank everyone for the kind messages I have recieved since winning Welsh Woman of the Year 'The Most Effective Returner to the Workplace' category.

Great thanks to Emma and everyone at Media Wales, Katy and everyone at Chwarae Teg and my referees Paul Peachey at the University of Glamorgan and Vic Doyle Creative Communities and to Sue Rayfield and Amy Hopkins and CISWO for their support.

Winning this award has been a great honour for myself, and is dedicated to my family, friends and the people of Cwmaman, Cwmaman Communities 1st and Cwmaman Institute and everyone who supported me throughout, especially the Recycled Teenagers and Cwmaman Artage.
